Hotel policies

Reservation Policy: An advance payment is required, made within the indicated period, and confirmation by the guest to the Hotel, either by means of a phone call, messaging application or email in order to guarantee the reservation.

Once the guest confirms his deposit, the hotel will send him a confirmation of his reservation, thus making his reservation.

Extra Person Policy:

All visitors, without exception, must register at the reception.

A charge of 350.00 pesos will be applied from the fourth person (including children) in the same room.

The charge of 150.00 pesos will be applied from the second person (including children) in the same camping space.

Children from 5 years will be charged as an adult.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

Departure time: 12:00 pm


If you like, after your departure you can use the facilities with a charge of $100.00 pesos per person.



use of bracelets

For privacy and security reasons, all clients must visibly wear a bracelet that will be provided at the reception upon arrival, this will identify them as a hotel guest, if they do not wear it they will not be able to stay inside the facilities.

Pets are not accepted.

The client will be solely responsible and will have every right to ask all the doubts and concerns that they have regarding the hotel, its services, facilities, policies and conditions prior to their reservation.

We are not responsible for omitted information that has not been asked or clarified by the client and that in some way may inconvenience their stay, such as, but not limited to, the use of bracelets, room delivery hours, general regulations, parking conditions, charges and visitor conditions, general or specific facilities for each room, among others.



Any cancellation must be in writing and be sent via email to our office.

The premature departure of the Hotel will be considered as cancellation and there will be no refunds.

High season or holidays:

There are no cancellations in high season, bridges or holidays (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, Easter, Summer Holidays and bridges)


7 days before your arrival, it can be re-scheduled for another date, adjusting to the rate and availability.

6 days or less before your arrival, there are no cancellations.

We do not accept credit cards.
